Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please read this policy carefully, as returns are accepted only in specific situations and require a valid unboxing video.
Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
To keep the process honest and protect both our customers and sellers, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time you open your delivered package.
When Can You Request a Return?
Returns are accepted only in genuine cases where the order was not delivered as expected. You can raise a return or refund request if:
- You received the wrong product (different item, size, color, or model than ordered)
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- The product is defective or has a similar genuine issue
How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Log In to your Dest India account using your registered email or mobile number.
- Go to the 'My Orders' section to view your recent purchases.
- Find the item you want to return and click on the 'Return' button.
- Select the reason for your return—wrong product, damaged, or a similar issue.
- Upload your unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This step is mandatory.
- Submit the request. Our team will review it and notify you of the decision.
How We Review Your Request
Every return request is examined carefully by our admin team before any action is taken. We review your unboxing video and the details you provided to confirm that the issue is genuine.
Order Cancellation Refunds (Prepaid)
If you cancel a prepaid order before the courier picks it up, we initiate a refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet — whichever you used at checkout). Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email when the refund is credited.
Return, Replacement & Refund
Once your request is approved and the product is picked up and verified at our end, we will process your resolution:
- Replacement: We dispatch the correct, undamaged product to you.
- Refund: If a replacement isn't possible or preferred, we refund to your original payment method after verification (typically within 5–7 business days).
- The resolution depends on product availability and your selected preference.
